Return and Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned within the return period displayed on the website or order documentation.

Condition requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, scent-free, and returned with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns showing wear, damage, laundering, odour, or modification.

Excluded items

Final-sale items, gift cards, customized products, and other specifically identified products may not be returnable except where defective or required by law.

Return authorization

Customers should contact support before returning an item. Unauthorized parcels may experience delays or be returned to sender.

Return shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the error was ours.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. We may process an exchange as a return and new order.
