These Terms govern your use of the NORD COMMUN website and your purchase of our products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

3. Product information

We aim to display products, colours, measurements, materials, and graphics accurately. Minor differences may occur due to screens, manufacturing, fabric variation, or photography.

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed at checkout where possible. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled or reconfirmed.

5. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, resale activity, legal restrictions, or technical errors.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. You authorize applicable charges and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. NORD COMMUN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, or events beyond reasonable control.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Items must generally be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags. Final-sale, customized, worn, or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, garment graphics, logos, names, photographs, text, videos, software, and website design are owned by or licensed to NORD COMMUN and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the website, introduce malware, scrape data, use automated purchasing tools, impersonate others, bypass security, commit fraud, or violate applicable law.

11. Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimer

Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORD COMMUN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NORD COMMUN for losses arising from unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

16. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The version posted when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.
